Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Account Manager role at Acme Group based in Sydney, NSW, with the flexibility of partially working from home.

Responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Lead Generation skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in sales or account management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of apparel and promotional merchandise industry is a plus
  • Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related field a plus.
