Customer Service Admin
Dex Group is an established Promotional Product supplier servicing promotional distributors across Australia, New Zealand, and USA. We pride ourselves on quality customer service, speedy delivery, and high-quality products. We are currently looking to hire a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team based in Dandenong South, Melbourne.
Reporting directly to the office manager, the successful candidate will day-to-day work closely with our distributor clients, process orders, provide quotes and build business relationships between our clients and in-house production team. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively over the phone and through email to clients
- Communicate effectively with in-house production team
- Processing client orders and sample requests
- Processing product and shipping quotes and enquiries
- Building and managing business relationships with both clients and staff
- Collecting and providing feedback from clients to management
- Use initiative to find client-driven solutions
- Promoting new products and offering alternative suggestions to clients
- General data entry and other administrative duties
Ideal Candidate:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to details
- Excellent time management skills and ability to priorities tasks
- Capacity to meet strict deadlines
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work
- Ability to work both individually and as a team
- Experience in Microsoft Office (required)
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in MYOB software (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in similar customer service or administrative role is highly preferred
